Well, I locked myself in the DeviantART bunker as the new SheezyART policies raged.
Upon opening the door again, I looked outside to see the same, albeit just a little bit less, of the dejected, dislocated art that is SA.
I am sorry that my own attempts to 'colonize' SA were about as effective as the Vikings colonizing Greenland; there was only ice to convert.
I'm a very insignificant artist on DA, almost as insignificant as I am on SA, so this sin't an ego thing. I hate the art styles found here, and wish that I could do something about shifting taste to Art's favor.
Once again, I am not an important artist, but I will say in my defense that I know which sources and influences to draw from.
While some people draw influence from watered-down anime or the combination of a human body and a fox's head (how stupid is that!), my envy for cartouches, calligraphers and old zoological misconceptions is a step or two forward, I must say.
Doesn't mean I do it even remotely well, but at least it's a time-hallowed tradition as opposed to some 'spiritual' 'brotherhood' to wolves or, if you're feeling really 'alternative', a hyena.
Where did you get the idea we hated deviantART and deviantART hates us?
If this site "sucks so bad" then there is really no point in even bothering to come to it now, is there?
Why don't you take your hatred somewhere else, because we've already seen people like you before, and your opinion has already been projected to many members.
